• Supervise procurement activities in large scale (work, supply and services tenders).

• Reviewing and auditing technical specifications, special conditions, general conditions, BoQ for all types of tenders
• Market resource and suppliers analyzes (financial capability, capacity, references, etc.).
• Reporting and strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Participate in the examination of the claims submitted by contractors and consultants and give an opinion according to the contracts, also participation in technical committees
• Ensure timely completion of technical bid evaluations and submission to Client for approval, expedite approvals
• Review monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
• Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliance in all the procurement transactions.
