1. Lead the company in providing best practice strategic organization development, human resource, organizational performance initiatives that will ensure the delivery of valued and quality services focused on enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness
2. Delivering strategic advice on human resource management, organizational performance and organizational development initiatives throughout analysis and surveys

3. Determine costs/benefits and make recommendations to address need in the following areas: Organization Design and Development, Performance Management System, Change Management, Learning & Development, Employee Satisfaction & Engagement.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of key Learning & Development initiatives such as career development program.
5. Assist in the implementation of an ongoing and sustainable HR projects planning process.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder, business leaders, and HR staff across the organization.
7. Anticipate and identify performance improvement opportunities and effective influence others to capitalize on such.
1. Working with senior team in defining, outlining, agreeing overall direction and plan of the strategy by setting the assessment plan for the Xenel assessment center with Prima CUX
2. Define skill competency requirements to fill position and coordinate with talent management officer in assessing new employees.
3. Develop and maintain the Assessment center policy and procedure
4. Define competencies of technical, managerial level.
5. Define career path for skill labor
6. Providing training needed, sourcing for skill labor and middle management trainings.
7. Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees.
8. Attend meetings and seminars to obtain information for use in training programs, or to inform management of training program status
9. Coordinate Xenel Learning (XL) project and Xenel Learning Portal for Xenel Company with Prima CUX consultant.

1. Handling Human Capital Compliance Framework (HCCF) project for Xenel Head Quarter with Gallup consultant.

4. Develop a communication plan for each project, for Xenel's stakeholders.
