Creating clear, concise and high-impact proposals that describe the needed information n for fund providers achieving project goals and capitalizing opportunities.
Ensure and oversee the coordination among Child Protection and Education Partners and other UN agencies as well all camps actors for smooth planning and implementation for all activates. Under the guidance of UNICEF camps coordinators to further improve UNICEF interventions in the field and camps.
Effectively promotes the mainstreaming of child protection principles in other sectors through local advocacy with key partners including national authorities, UN agencies and NGOs
Follow and confirm with all signed agreements at Emirates Jordanian Camp, including the bi-weekly and quarterly progress reports.
Representing UNICEF in Emiratis Jordanian Camp. Conduct regular meetings with partners in regard of any concerns of the camp as well coordinate with UNICEF camps coordinators to discuss any issue of concern and resolve any challenges. Participate in all related meetings at the field level with regular follow up with the camp managers.
Undertakes daily visits to UNICEF project sites in the refugee camps to assess local conditions, identifies needs and gaps in child protection assistance and potential interventions, monitors program implementation and ensures the appropriate use of UNICEF and partners' assets in the camps. This may include, on an exceptional basis, overnighting at project locations.
Develops productive working relationships with all relevant stakeholders including other UNICEF sections (particularly the Education section), other UN agencies, international and local NGOs, refugee communities and local authorities. Ensures effective communication, coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders, represents UNICEF at inter-sectoral meetings and participates in joint assessments.
Supervising and managing the implementation of project's milestones at the selected medical centers.
Facilitating lectures and seminars for project stack holders including community members by building their knowledge on how to adapt healthy life styles.
Coordinate trainings and other capacity building efforts to empower medical teams' potentials.
Undertakes field visits to supervise and monitor medical teams participating in the project, with close coaching and active contribution.
Generate regular reports to IDF on project achieved objectives, covering technical aspects to identify progress and weaknesses.
Liaise, coordinate and follow-up with all project stack holders ensuring the involvement of Ministry of Health and national authorities.
Provide technical assistance in development of monitoring and evaluation tools and surveillance of diabetes control program.
Responsible to activate the engagement of community members with projects activities by approaching them from different aspects.
Conducting focus group discussions with projects stack holder in order to maintain the sustainability of the project impact.
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of Urban Soccer project activities, timeline and scope of work.
Coordinate with Right to Play to Train Community coaches on how to engage handicaps youth with project activities.
Responsible for submitting quarter and annual reports.
Under take field visits to Al Hussian camp and Zarqa Soccer pitches in order to provide supervision reports.
Projecting program expenses in relation to the existing budget.
Organize trainings, workshops, field public meetings related to project interventions and objectives.
Conducting project monitoring and evaluation tools ensuing that program indicators have been achieved.
Conduct regular meetings with Community coaches on project's update and progress to make necessary adjustments to meet project's main objectives.
Assist external consultants in development of the detailed mental health and psychosocial needs implementation plan in accordance with IMC donor requirements.

Overall responsibility of Challenging Kids project :
Supervising the enrollment process of handicap Iraqi children in rehabilitation center.
Follow up on each case condition and provide technical reports.
Conduct Focus Group Discussion with parents about that that challenges they are facing.
keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
Maintain active coordination mechanisms with Implementing partners, UN, donors and NGOs through a common work plan, joint planning and collaborative implementation with a holistic and comprehensive approach to education activities.
Conduct participatory assessment and planning to update the overall education strategy for Iraqis in Jordan.
To conduct periodical monitoring field visits to local partners.
To assist in organizing trainings, workshops, field public meetings and schools meetings related to program interventions and objectives.
To collect all data required to document project achievements, including information needed to prepare periodic field reports, the Informal Education Unit’s weekly reports and other information required for entry into the database.
Communicate and synchronize between financial department and insurance companies to insure smooth process of the patients
Responsible for assessing and organizing intervention plans for patient with different age groups and disabilities
