Advising students on admission requirements, approved policies and procedures for enrollment. • Ensuring that applicants meet the admission criteria for each different college. • Responding to student queries regarding registration dates, payment deadlines and missing documents, both at the counter and over the phone. • Entering admission decisions in LOGOS / ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and monitor accuracy of data entry. • Monitoring admission related logs/databases and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) regularly, ensuring they are updated and completed in a timely manner. • Handling and proctoring TOEFL exams (ITP) • Looking after Credit Transfers and managing related documentation, filing and other affairs. • Accepting student documents and ensuring their completion. • Conducting campus tours. • Participate in student recruitment and admission activities. • Preparing admission offers and screening applications.
