• Handle evaluation process
• Handle employee orientation
• HR daily tasks: terminations, resignations, custody. Allowance, deduction, vacation, leave…etc.
Recruitment:
• Sourcing and screening CVs for all job vacancies.
• Do first interviews with candidates & provide the line managers and candidates with feedback.
• Coordinate the second interviews with candidates and direct managers.
• Prepare employment offers & contracts.
• Make sure of preparing the personal file to all employees and entering their details to HR System.
Payroll & employee services:
• Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required; data entry for all time attendance and personnel transactions, leaves of absence, overtime, deductions, Calculating employee Salaries and correspondences with Banks.
• Handling Social security and taxes issues.
• Prepare all needed papers for employees.
• Prepare all insurance correspondence.
• Following up on vacations/ leaves.
• In charge for updating personnel data (HRIS).
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation and Listening to complaint and implement.
• Employees traveling and preparing per diem
Recruitment and Selection
Attract, retain and motivate staff. Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture. Advertise vacancies, assess applications, interview applicants. Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations. Analyze the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions.
Skills Development
Identify training /skills / competency needs within the organization. Coordinate career development, succession planning and talent management needs in partnership with line management. Submit the skills development plan within the prescribed timeframe.
Employee Relations
Consult and advice management and staff on Labor relations issues. Ensure awareness, Basic conditions of Employment Act and all other labor legislation.
HR Reporting and Administration
Manage company payroll administration. Compile monthly management reports all on all key output areas of the position.
Performance Management
Manage the company performance management process. Custodian of effective performance management practices. Implement performance management initiatives. Ensure that performance management is standardized. Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance management model and system.
Change Management
Lead programmers that are aimed at improving employee morale. Identify and analyze current organizational effectiveness. Initiate and implement organizational surveys.
Policies and Procedures
Develop, update and implement all HR policies and procedures.
Budget & Cost Management
Manage HR budgets as set by executive management.
