• Perform daily preventive maintenance for forklift and fill in the checklist.
• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective in order to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
• Ensure the received material are in good condition and stack in the appropriate bin location.
• Ensure the first in first out (FIFO) of the materials according to the batch number are strictly followed.
• Responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Comply at all times with all the safety and general rules applicable on the site.

• Ensure the received containers are in good condition and stack in the appropriate bin location.
• Ensure the (ETA) exit time arrival of the containers are strictly followed.
• Responsible for operating equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
• Comply at all times with all the safety and general rules applicable on the site.
• Clean, maintain & secure all equipment as direct by policies & procedure.
• Responsible for shifting of containers for proper arrangement.
• Responsible for loading/unloading of containers.
Visual checking of physical appearance of materials and check the batch code and expiry date to maintain the first expiry first out policy. Ensure correct products received to avoid any claims from source or depot.
• Ensure all materials received conform w/ material packaging specification
• Observe and follow strictly company rules and regulation specially those concerning safety on forklift operation
• Ensure the accuracy of materials received (product specification, quantity, and quality) based on delivery receipt or invoice.
• Ensure that all received materials are properly encoded.
• Ensure that all lacking or over deliveries are properly documented to avoid inventory discrepancies or to monitor the inventory.
• Ensure all received materials are in good condition.
• Ensure not to receive excess delivery without proper authorization from concerned section.
• Conduct daily cycle counting for new received materials.
• Conduct weekly inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Identification of stocks using sap system from minimum and maximum quantity.
• Always follow the company standards operating procedure, safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure that the working area is safe and clean.

Separating of food product to non food product to prevent contamination.
Conduct daily inventory to maintain the inventory accuracy.
Conduct daily cleaning to the working area to maintain the cleanliness and safe working place.
