The HelpDesk Solutions Head is responsible for leading and supervising the technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues related to hardware, software, and various OS platforms.
The Technical Specialist is responsible to respond to requests for
technical support over the phone and in person. Interacts directly with faculty, staff, and
students to ensure that high service levels are met and technical problems are resolved.
Requests are tracked to establish and maintain ICT standards and procedures according
to instructions from the head of the department. Provides support in all OS
platforms.
