Fully responsible for Indonesian region taking roll to market ALSB product of steel butt weld fitting for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy and temperature steel:
1. Actively conduct & promote a range of product(s).
2. Actively liaise with contractors and end-users in advisory role; and in providing after sales support, assistance and also technical improvement to the products.
3. Actively conduct market research/survey and feasibility studies.
planning and coordinating overall warehouse oprations with strategic forecasting planning, logistics, purchasing in order overall operations especially project priority is running smoothly and the bottleneck is resolved effectively
Review thoroughly all drilling materials such as spare parts, tools, chemical and other materials, to identify the causes of inventory increased and corrected the materials description in the system.
Supervise the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving and stocks
of materials, warehouse administration. Inventory taking and control as well as
issuing of materials from the warehouse. And select, train and develop
manpower to assure qualified Indonesians are available in future to perform the
similar functions.
Achievement :
In group: In year 2000 succeed in bringing or reduced the inventory value from
US$ 48 MM to become US$ 42 MM whereas before it was targeted for US$ 44 MM
In group: in year 2002 received appreciation from the company top management
because the warehouse was considered as one of the best performer in
performing the ISO 14001 continuously.
Responsible the entire drilling materials requirement to support the ten land rigs in operations in the remote area. Arranged and made readiness of materials for next well. Coordinate closely with the warehouse personals to ensure that no drilling materials are stock out of drilling materials. Worked closely with purchasing in follow up all drilling new purchased items and ensure that they are ensure that they are processed in timely manner.
A. Handling the complete procurement cycle in expeditious and economic
buying of materials, foreign and local and ensure that goods and services are procured in timely manner.
B. Manufacture inspection.
C. Solved problem for any material discrepancy, wrong specification, etc.
D. Monitored and worked with Expeditor to ensure for timely delivery of
purchase materials, local and overseas as well.
