• Management of Resources: - Played a leading role in managing both raw materials and personnel. Oversight of inventory, purchasing and supplies, determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development.
• Financial Management: - Played key role in budgeting, controlling costs and keeping the organization on track financially. Managing the supply chain and other resources for minimizing the costs of production.
• Goal-setting: - Setting goals and objectives and establish policies for various departments in the organization. Sales forecasting and planning of sales promotions. In cooperation with other managers, to establish procedures and put them into effect.
• Communications: - Help the different parts of organization work together. Creating a positive culture where the work can get done. Communication between employees and departments. Helped to resolve disputes or disagreements. Cooperated in high-level decision making with other top executives of an organization.
• Managing third party relations: - Ensure that standard procedures are followed when third parties are hired. Also, ensure that the necessary administrative and legal formalities are completed. Lastly, ensures that the third party properly executes the agreed terms and conditions.
• Researching: - Ensure our standard and course are up to date and well structured. Researching and coming up with new ideas to implement in our course. Create new robots to add to our course. Training teachers in robotics and competitions. Coming up with solutions in executing missions of competitions. Teaching advanced programing using arrays, Math, Data wires etc. Training new recruits in robotics and renewable energy.
• Maintenance: - Ensure all our hardware and firmware are up to date. Fixing the issues with networking and computers.
• Graphic Designing: - Responsible for creating advertisements both printed and digital (Flyers, Leaflets, Promotion Ad, Social media Ad, Rollups, Banners, Event kiosks, Business cards, Letter head, Presentation, Videos and pictures etc...). Responsible for creating certificates for the students.
