• Responsible in working in line with set objectives and achievement plans, as and when indicated, to achieve the desired outcome of the IMS
• Determine KPIs for the Processes
• Establish Monitoring Mechanisms to verify performance of processes against KPIs
• Provide the General Manager with monthly reports on process performance in terms of QHSE
• Develop Performance Charts for Monthly QHSE Review Meeting
• Determine various processes and their interaction
• Conduct life cycle perspective study to ensure Environmental Performance
• Review QHSE Policy and develop Procedures
• Determine training needs and provide training for staff in relation to QHSE
• Identify, develop and lead project team with the aim to retain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certification and other certifications
• Develop emergency response plans and procedures and conduct drills. Provide advice to line managers / supervisors on HSE related matters
• Conduct timely QHSE Internal audits and its documentation
• Determine legal requirements and perform compliance evaluation audits
• Conduct Vendor Audits and report to findings to the General Manager
• Identify nonconformities including potential and follow up for corrective / preventive actions
• Maintain QHSE statistics, analyze trends and propose and take remedial action where necessary; Investigate or arrange investigation for all accidents and near-misses
• Prepare report of findings, including recommendations to prevent recurrence and implement approved course of action
• Conduct OHS Risk Assessments, Environmental Aspect Impact Assessment and Business Risk and Opportunities Assessment
• Conduct joint vehicle inspection to ensure safety and free from any leakages as necessary
• Ensure timely calibration of all Monitoring and Measuring Equipment
• Ensure strict quality control in all levels of operations
• Take Part in Root Cause Analysis to identify the actual cause of the nonconformity
• Report to the Top Management on QHSE Performance
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Survey is done and results analyzed and evaluated
• Investigate Customer Complaints and visit / interact to find root cause
• Investigate Interest Parties Feedback (if negative)
• Provide commercial support to the Commercial Team, both Corporate and Retail sectors
• Assist the General Manager with commercial planning, contractual issues, project planning, program management, systems compliance, change management, risk management, invoicing and payment, supply chain management and project communication
• Prepare proposals, reports, letters and maintain updated all registers related to various requests from Commercial Team.
• Preparing commercial reports, presentations and other correspondence for the management. Responding questionnaire for new company’s pre-qualification/Auditing purposes
• Liaising with local and international suppliers regarding orders and shipments and follow up if there are any discrepancies
• Check orders versus stock and average monthly sales, analyze data and present report of the findings
• Preparation of job quotations, including coding and pricing, in coordination with General Manager
• Review of customer enquiries and orders
• Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance
• Interacting with various service providers such as couriers & freight forwarders
• Inspection of incoming goods, liaising with Dubai Municipality and other related government authorities
Advice and guidance on all aspects of the document
control procedures (including formatting, referencing
and filing).
• Producing reports, specifications, proposals,
presentations and correspondence, etc. Accurate
presentation and editing of complex documents using
knowledge of engineering terms.
• Reports directly to the Project Director.
• Assist Project Managers on Contract Qualifications.
• Assist Planning Engineer when is needed.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for the project variations.
• Coordinate with site offices / Construction Manager /
Site Engineers for project updates.
• Establish workplace procedures.
• Maintain and/or creates files or record keeping
systems. Sorts, labels, files and retrieves documents, or
other materials.
Assists Systems Manager on the overall work of
the business system corporation.
• Construct correspondence and memos.
• Submits status reports, policies, and guidelines.
• Decides findings qualify as non-conformance/non-
compliance.
• Reports directly to Systems Manager all findings of the
compliance.
• Gives recommendations for the approval of Systems
Manager, for all corrective and preventive actions for
potential and detected non-conformance.
• Performs other management function.
