• Coordinates and works closely with Subject Matter experts in updating contents used as responses
for RFPs/bids.

• Assists Bid Managers in searching for appropriate content for RFP responses.
• Coordinates and assists the Customer Focus Team in completing a successful proposal.
• Works with key members of the project team and the client organization to obtain the information
required to compile the bid.
• Manages overall completion of proposal documents by appropriately scheduling meetings, the
delegation of assignments, and skillful email management.
