• Responsible for procurement of all raw materials, consumables and services required for
Adhesive Tapes Division.
• Handling both direct & indirect purchases for manufacturing plant and office requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders, as needed.
• Identify new vendors for cost-saving purposes & develop alternate sources.
• Negotiate purchase price, payment terms, delivery terms and other contract terms to get the best
possible deal.
• Raise purchase orders in SAP and ensure all orders are shipped and delivered in time.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for timely import shipment clearance and delivery.
• Support finance team with reconciliations and month end closing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for collection requests and goods receipt bookings.
• Prepare weekly reports of RM status and Pending Order status.

• Monitor installation work in progress and prepare weekly reports by collecting analyzing and
summarizing information and trends.
• Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress in Primavera P6 and highlight the areas
of concern which require action of the project manager and/or planning engineer.
• Update material delivery schedule and submit Material Inspection Requests for each shipment.
• Prepare Extension of Time Claim for delayed projects.
• Maintain submissions of all technical submittals with compliance to all codes and prepare cost
proposal for variations to scope of work.

Monitored the functioning of the PLC Controlled SIPA Bottle Production machine,
METALNOVA Bottling and Filling machines, SYMPAK Canning machines and GIEMME
Thermo Packaging machines.
• Knowledge of the Siemens PLC, Siemens VFD, Level Switches and Profibus cables
used in the machines.
• Consulted with Manufacturing Team for safety and supply chain operations.
