Alia International Hospital is a multi speciality hospital following international standards of treatment. Physiotherapy Department is equipped with modern and latest equipments catering to around 25 to 30 patients in a day.
Job responsibilities include assessment and examination of patients ailment. Designing a treatment protocol. Co-ordination with the concerned orthopedician or neurologist. Doing paper
work for insurance benefits. Attending IPD for post op follow up as per the surgeon requirement.
DUTIES PERFORMED
• Assess patient's physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as Functional ability tests.
• Establish treatment goals with patients based on physical diagnoses.
• Plan and implement programs of physiotherapy including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, use of hot or cold fermentation, use of electro-therapeutic and other mechanical equipments, massage, posture training and correction and hydrotherapy.
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plans and modify accordingly.
• Communicate with referring physician and other healthcare professionals regarding patients problems, needs and progress.
• Maintain clinical and statistical records and confer with health care professionals.
• Develop and implement health promotion programs for patients, staff and the community.
• Provide consulting and education services.
• Physiotherapy practice focuses on particular clinical areas such as neurology, orthopedics, rheumatology,
pediatrics, geriatrics, in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary disorders, sport injuries and ergonomics.

Worked with Maharaja Agrasen Hospital, New Delhi as a Head of the Physiotherapy Department.
Maharaja Agrasen Hospital has one of the biggest Physiotherapy Department in Delhi with all the modern and latest equipments. A Team of 8 therapist and 12 attendants in the department handling the OPD of about 100- 120 patients everyday.

Dr. Magazine is a leading orthopedic surgeon of Delhi and runs a full fledged polyphysiotherapy centre equipped with modern equipments and OPD of about 70-80 patients daily in the clinic.The physiotherapy centre is being headed by a renowned Physiotherapist of Delhi, Dr. Meera Kak.

Done Internship of 6 months from Charak Palika Hospital, Motibagh. (It is a super speciality hospital run by New Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi)
Internship involved working in various departments of the hospital primarily Orthopedic and Neurology wards and OPD comprising of both pre-operative and post-operative management. Have been exposed to closed reduction of several fracture cases with the Senior Resident doctors in the hospital.
