Coordinating the work activities of the instrument and controls (I&C) functions with the entire construction effort. Perform all I&C operations required to receive, test, install, adjust, and repair pneumatic and electronic control instrumentation and equipment. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards and to achieve work efficiency. Lead a team of instrument engineers to perform the commissioning of the whole plant and handover to the client. Assist the design audit team (CH2M Hill) to review the whole design and control philosophy of the plant and making corrections and recommendations where required
Loop checking, functional checks, Pre-commissioning of all instruments associated with this Domestic Solid Waste Management Centre. Instruments involved: flow transmitters, temperature transmitters, (thermo couples and RTD’s) pressure transmitters, level transmitters, pneumatic and motorized control valves, PLCs, (Siemens S7 400), oxygen analysers, proximity sensors. Lead a team of instrument personnel for timely completion of all instrumentation activities and handover the plant to the client.
