Senior Facilities Manager / Operation Manager
Main Duties: Tendering, Organizing and Planning essential central services such as MEP and Civil maintenance, security, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal, landscaping, and many other services.
• Prepare tender for multiple scale projects, including commercial and technical preparation.
• Negotiate quotations and proposals from Suppliers and Subcontractors in order to get the best prices without affecting the quality of services.
• Find alternative solutions and practices to reduce the cost of subcontractors.
• Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
• Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
• Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
• Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations
• Plan and manage facility central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and parking

Promoted to Assistant Deputy Manager/Facilities Manager
Main duties: Organizing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, archiving, cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Responsible for helping in the fast track work progress.
• Pushing and monitoring all disciplines to complete their tasks within the squeezed schedule, including MEP, Civil and irrigation.
• Providing progress reports and highlighting the areas that needs more focusing.
• Managing the sequence of work for staff or contractors in order to complete their task in a satisfactory way without having any abortive work.
• Responding appropriately to tenant’s emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
• Coordinating and leading a team or teams of staff to cover various areas.
• Responsible for buildings maintenance repairs and services.
• Comparing costs for required goods / services to achieve maximum value.
MEP Engineer
• Responsible for Mechanical and Irrigation site progress with 7 engineers under my supervision.
• Attending Coordination & Technical meetings with the client and consultant.
• Preparing Designs, Shop and Coordination Drawings.
• Preparing Submittals and purchase requests.
• Supervising Coordination drawings between Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Structural services.
• Solving all site problems related to Mechanical services.
• Follow up and preparing reports of work progress on site to meet the work schedule program.
• Responsible for Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Team.
• Attending Coordination & Technical meetings with the client.
• Preparing Designs, Shop and Coordination Drawings.
• Preparing Submittals.
• Supervising Coordination drawings between Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural and Structural services.

•Refurbishment and Redistribution of AC cooling load and fire fighting system in a seven floor Qtel building _ SIC 731 Qtel Airport.
•Vodafone staging station HVAC and Fire Fighting (FM200 system).
•Renovation of complete Fire Fighting, Water Supply and Irrigation systems for Qtel Stations Located in Al Waab, Abou Hammour and Industrial Area.
•Testing and commissioning of HVAC (Air cooled Chiller & DX Systems), Water Supply, Fire fighting, FM 200 and BMS systems for Qtel Data Center (QDC1, QDC2, QDC3 & OSS buildings) _ Wadi El Sail.
• Shop drawing, Coordination and As-Built drawings.

• Installation of HVAC (Air cooled Chiller & DX Systems), Heating (Boiler & Radiator), Water Supply, Drainage, Fire Fighting and FM 200 systems for Balamand University new Faculty of Medicine
