- Establish and maintain weekly treasury controls, reconcile bank statements and reconcile the general ledger for all MENA units (12 entities)
- Monthly payroll preparation
- Develop and create reporting templates using advanced algorithms
- Managing reporting deadlines for all MENA units (Client Risk Analysis, Actuals, Budgets, Reforecasts, Corporate Responsibility…)
-Intercompany balance analysis between all MENA units
- Prepare the BS, P&L and other reports for the Representative office
- Consolidation and Analysis of MENA numbers for Flash, Actuals, Budget, Forecast and Balance Sheet
- Perform SOX Audits across all MENA units (Reports, Field visits, Propose and Develop policies…)
- Handling investors' stock account from online crowdfunding platform
- Assuring a fixed monthly return from companies' dividends
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with investors
- Reporting all data on a weekly/monthly basis for higher management
