RMS was the manufacturers and supplier and fixers off all reinforcing on the Menlyn (Time Square Hotel and Casino and Arena) PTA.
My task was to received all reinforcing and placing in designated area, so that my different teams of 3 to 65 to 119 fixers could start fixing, to the different bending schedules.
All Engineers Inspections was done with 100% signing off
Reinforcing Tonnage was +- 15000 tons. This was on a WBHO construction site
Setting out of civil work inside Arcellor Mittal Vanderbilt park.
Planing off each different site each week sometimes 3 site at 8 to 15 shutter hands and carpenter.
Material calculating and ordering for each site.
Do all excavations, compaction, blinding, reinforcing, shuttering, staging, casting concrete, stripping, patching.
Concrete casts from 1m3 to 180 m3 have been interesting learning curves and experience help a lot.
