Manage all areas of marketing and company development. My team I have had to create business models of the Entrust
Group and drive business growth through innovative implementation of new brands and web development. I manage,
together with a dedicated staff, all on-line platforms of Entrust TEFL and we are charged with creating the brands of its
various subdivisions including a corporate website, a job site, on-line training, a travel company business plan, a legal site
and all social media spheres.
Web design/development, facebook management, speech writing, presentation preparation.
Manage PPC campaigns and adopt the role of client relationship management in terms of customer relations. Ensure effective online presence through the use of Google Adwords and assist designers where possible.
Ensure quality of service, handle customer grievances, assistant to the director, scheduling, endurance paper processing, client retention, debt collection, website maintenance.
Floor merchandising, customer service, inter branch stock transfers, ad hoc ordering.
Internal and external communication management and business development. Covered all areas of stakeholder management and crisis management, marketing strategy, communication strategy, brand strategy, international business strategy.
