• Sets schedule and implement preventive maintenance for machines and equipment.
• Provides leadership in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic, power supplies, drive motor and test equipment.
• Operates start up and shut down of centrifugal chillier, condenser pumps, cooling tower, secondary pumps, and other mechanical services in accordance with safety procedure for machine activation and shut down.
• Analyses circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, calibrate, service or replace electronic devices and system.
• Advices operator and line mechanics of operation procedures and requirements for working safety with electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment and components.
• Conducts emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, and performs schedules maintenance repair of production equipment during machine service.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
• Provides maintenance, troubleshooting and operation of chillers, cooling towers, condenser pumps, chilled water pumps, secondary chilled water pumps and other related auxiliary equipments.
• Performs visuals inspection and auxiliary equipment using various instrument i.e.
• Performs BMS operator for chillier plant, lightning system, car park ventilating system, kitchen ventilation, HVAC system, and Water supply services.
• Analyses chillier parameters, such as delta P, delta T, system pressure, bearing temperature, oil pressure and temperature, motor amperage and condition of compressor for abnormal rating and condition.
• Monitors and controls sequence and integration of all components (set point, reset, start up/shut shown procedure)
• Monitors the water level for condenser water, chilled water, irrigation system, and domestic water tanks.
• Attends complain and conducted rectification for HVAC system, Plumbing and Fire fighting system.
• Provides documentation for monthly report, equipment history, materials consumption, materials delivery (in/out of site), and data chart for the condenser and cooler approach.
• Conducts monthly auditing for the responsible materials such as spare motor, chemical for condenser/chilled water system, spare v-belt, tools, and other relative materials.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and report for all responsible mechanical services.
• Conducts insulation testing, thermal scanning, and system analyses for HVAC equipment and other related motors.
• Conducts safety induction and plans in performing preventive maintenance task.
• Operates scissor lift and spider lift.
