Conducting periodical surveys and inspections of vessels
classed within the Classification Society.
 Inspecting and checking of ship and crew documentations
and certifications for regulation compliance.
 Checking the management and the ship’s compliance with
ISM (safety), ISPS (security), MLC (labour) & Marine
Pollution regulations.
 Inspection and verification of overall ship condition
including hull’s structural integrity by checking ship’s void
spaces, ballast tanks, cofferdams, chain lockers, etc.
 Ensuring weathertightness of all doors & hatches, deck
and engine machineries & equipments are in good
condition and in compliance with the class and flag
requirements.
 Inspection of ship plans, diagrams, service certificates of
all ship machineries and equipments and crew certificates
on board.
 Conducting necessary tests on ship’s life-saving
appliances, radio communication equipments and
machineries to ensure that it is in good working condition
and in compliance with IMO regulations.
 Completing and maintaining accurate and organized
records, documents and reports of each surveyed vessel
and monitoring ship’s survey cycle
 Going in shipyards to monitor and inspect dry dock works of
classed vessels.

 Communicating and coordinating with ship representatives in
regards with the classed vessel.

Deckwatchkeeping, vessel maintenance, vessel weekly and monthly reports

Assist in all office work. (HR, Admin, Acquisition and Liason)
