Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day operations of the Technical Support Centre
• Trained and schedule the support engineers and making sure that enough resources are allocated to a certain task.
• Manage and maintain 24hrs support group

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives and analyzes all restoration plans from different administrations for different Cables and Satellite systems
• Evaluates restoration charges incurred by ETPI when and during restoration implementation
• Keeps an accurate and updated record of Channel Assignment Sheet for cable systems. Arranges distributions of updated channel assignment sheet to all cable owners
• Installed and commissions several types of equipment such as: Newbridge Multiplexer and High Bandwidth Managers, Nokia DMR200 Digital Radio and DM2 Digital Multiplexers, SR Microwave Radio, Comstream Digital Satellite Modem, SSE Technology ASAT 0406 C-Band Transceiver, DTX-240 Digital Circuit Multiplication Systems, High Speed Baseband Modems, etc
