Responsibilities:
Assisted in creating all project drawings and create them in Revit for submission.
Prepared drawings for schematic submission, construction drawings and tender documents
Types of Drawings: Partition layout, Furniture layout, Wall Finish layout, Power and Communication plan (PCP), Reflected Ceiling plan (RCP), Floor Finish layout, Lighting Layout, and Sectional Elevations.
Applied codes and tags for all materials, furniture’s, sanitary wares that are used in the project according to the specification.
Created sheets for list of interior finishes, furniture, sanitary wares, room schedule, door schedule, sheets for all the layouts, elevations and details.
Prepared project details in AutoCAD:
Details include: Ceiling Details, Wall claddings, Flooring details, Schedule of door and details, details for customized furniture used in project e.g. Reception table, working desk, coffee tables and others.
Prepared Bill of Quantities (BOQ) via Autodesk Quantity Takeoff and prepared reports using Excel for Cost Estimation.
Visited sites to gather data regarding project to prepare effective design.
