Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain standard costs for all products, factoring in raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Determining accurate landed costs and performing daily pricing for Local & Export products, analyzing cost accounting data with accounts to maximize sales, margins and inventory.
• Preserving relationships with foreign buyers, distributors, agents and other partners, negotiating contracts and prices, supporting the necessary tasks for Export Container Loading process to ensure compliance with export laws and regulation.
• Tracking of incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and related cost data. Collect and compile purchasing data for analysis.
• Compare actual costs and estimated costs, analyze differences.
• Forecast and report foreign exchange impacts within business.
• Managing trade finance instruments like Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, and Documentary Collections & preparing short term loans for imports.
• Reviewing export process & its related documents like PO, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, shipping documents and shipment costs.
• Handle oversea account receivable balance reports and communicate with the valuable customers.
• Proactively make recommendations to management for process improvements and internal controls.

• Assist to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Ensure that financial records are accurate and that discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner and reconcile for receivables, payables and banks.
• Utilize Accounting software to input data, generate reports and streamline financial processes.
• Managed the general ledger, prepared stock reports, and monitored the manufacturing process.
• Compiled monthly financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of operational costs and inventory.

• Prepare the receivable aging reports and credit risk analysis, evaluation and follow up to collect the debt and maintain the control to avoid the bad debt.
• Overseeing the annual physical stock counts, writing the report and holding briefings.
