Detailed analysis of drawings, specifications, schedules and BOQs to identify sub-contract package(s) scope of work in conjunction with Procurement Dept, Commercial Dept and individual project teams.
Technical interviews/ factory visits with proposed package s/cs and appointment recommendation.
Chairing package co-ordination meetings and driving the design development/ co-ordination process with all sub-contractors through the various build phases - structure, façade/ envelope, internal finishes, external works/ finishes etc…
Calculation/Technical/ Material/Shop Drawing submittal process.
Attending Technical/ Design Team meetings and managing the relationship with the Design Consultants.
I worked in design team, preparing drawings for all types of submission; coordinate with all disciplines (Structure, MEP, Infrastructure, etc…), meeting with client representative, authorities, contractor, suppliers and sub consultant.
