Currently heading the entire B2C business at Mfine across all categories. Leading a team of 11 to democratise healthcare in India. Ownership of entire PnL from top of the funnel to Payment completion, marketing strategy, product initiatives and improvement, partnerships and brand building.

Lead a team of associates to ensure seamless user experience across the globe. Worked on most of Uber’s verticals- UberEats, Grocery, Rides, Connect etc.
Stint includes 2 major projects:
-Launch of Uber Intercity in India
-Launch of EatWednesday in UKI
Started as a college intern and converted to an FTE. Worked as a Consultant and then promoted to Ops Manager at the HPE - Customer Center, Bangalore.
Worked with clients in the US and Canada region to gather business requirements and provide consulting services for tailor made data centers.
Also worked extensively to reduce per annum cost of the center by optimising after sales and support processes, monitoring necessary KPIs to ensure compliance across the Ops and support team.
