Maintenance Sr. Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: Leads maintenance Team to execute the short-term annual business plan safely, efficiently and effectively within approved budget. And establish and facilitate deployment of the standards, tools, processes that assist sites in achieving best performance in maintenance with the objective of fostering continuous improvement in maintenance.
Responsible of all SADAF plants maintenance, provides a safe, cost efficient and reliable
asset maintenance to meet the approved PSO Process through effective planning and organizing of maintenance resources and manage all PM contractors
Manage planning and execution of all day to day maintenance activities for production
plants in order to meet the production reliability plan.
Directs efforts and objectives to include safety, quality and continuous improvement
initiatives to achieve customer satisfaction and fulfillment needs.
Establish and maintain Centre of planning section to provide guidance on best practice,
management of knowledge networks, training and supporting systems, auditing and a
focus for interaction with other department and sabic manufacturing central of excellence.
Use internal and external benchmarking as appropriate to identify improvement
opportunities across manufacturing sites. Develop KPIs to support sites in manage their
improvement efforts.
Develop and maintain service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators as appropriate in order to define and demonstrate achievement of agreed performance
levels to all customers
Maintain close contact with Manufacturing centre of excellence to ensure that appropriate
best practices are implemented within all maintenance organizations
Establish and maintain processes for the internal and external identification of best
practices in manufacturing Reliability and Maintenance
Sets and maintain the quality expectations of the maintenance organization to satisfy the requirements of our customers.
Responsible for full maintenance processes transformation, technology transfer and on- going maintenance of mixed model lines or value streams.
Analyze, develop and deliver management information reports based on comprehensive
operational and performance KPIs.
Manage Benchmark and Audit process and perform periodical review of in order to ensure
improved performance levels. And establish effective business relationships with selected
major suppliers, contractors and other departments.
Initiate, specify, lead and execute studies and/or pilot projects to test new or unknown
technologies in collaboration with SABIC T&I.
Develop and maintain competent and sufficient resources within the maintenance
organization. And provide coaching and mentoring for specialized work processes and technical expertise

Project Group leader
Duties and Responsibilities: Lead group of project Engineers to develop, plan and execute all annual company
projects safely, efficiently and effectively within approved budget. And provide
timely engineering and project management services to all sites in SADAF, with the objective of ensuring successful projects preparation & execution and improving the overall project safety, quality, effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Monitor SHE, operational and cost performance of all projects in the area via
benchmark data.
Ensure all requirements provide by all concerned department for all projects (
detail scope of work, feasibility plan, justification for obtaining funds, manage
engineering, procurement, scheduling, cost control, safety, QA/QC and field
execution.)
Involves preparing the project for proposal documents, keeping projects on track,
coordinate between all the concerned stakeholders, decision making when necessary. And manage optimum use of the yearly budget with the Finance
Department and end-users.
Closely monitor all aspects of the schedule, appraise and advise the Project
Manager of progress and trends; making recommendations for preventive or corrective action in the event of any possible deviations from program
Deliver Monthly/ annually progress Reports to client mangers & SADAF senior
management .and managing all HR issues for the project team members.
Assist in auditing of projects work process to ensure compliance with projects
methodology
Work with Procurement to identify, establish and maintain strategic projects

Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the safety and cost effectiveness of the maintenance process in the
SADAF Shops. This includes providing leadership to both the planning and execution of activities.
Manages all maintenance activities in the Shops including the functional and administrative direction of the SADAF Planner, maintenance supervisor, and SADAF
maintenance technicians, as well as the functional direction of the maintenance
contractors. He is responsible for controlling the quality of the maintenance work and ensures that quality work is delivered to the customer in a timely manner.

March 2004 - March 2006 Saudi Oil Company (Saudi Aramco Dammam, Saudi Arabia "HIANSCO")
Sr.Inspection Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities: In charge of several types of design projects from their initiation through all stages of project gate process till the end of construction contracts to ensure the compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements.
Review the contractor quality control procedures and Inspection Test Plan.
Review incoming material' certificates for compliance to the acceptable
specifications.
Perform daily field quality inspections related to mechanical tasks such as process
piping / pipeline and equipment installation, hydro testing, etc.
Perform welding inspection and monitor heat treatment of piping, vessels with associated equipment standards.
Perform NDT APPLICATIONS such as Liquid Penetrate, Magnetic Particle and
Ultrasonic Examinations and assist in the interpretation of the results.
Perform external and internal coating, insulation and painting inspections for equipment and piping as applicable.
Write inspection reports, non-compliance reports, and worksheets and make log
book entries
Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Field Supervisor.
Monitor contactors' inspectors and quality systems to ensure adequate
performance, compliance with company
Represent Saudi Aramco/Quality Control Unit in many Pre-Inspection meeting for deferent commodities.
Inspection of stationary equipment's, as tanks, vessels boilers, pipelines, columns,
scrubbers and Heat exchangers, Valves, Pressure Safety Valves\[PSV\] as per API,
AWS and ASME codes

Maintenance Shift Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for a safe, effective and efficient machining, fabrication, repair,
refurbish, and overhaul activities of maintenance staff inside the Shop or outside the field. This includes supervision, leading and tracking, planning, as
well as Shop/ field execution activities. Controlling the quality of the work in order to meet the requirements of the clients. Distribute of work to craftsmen, and sees to it that the work is executed efficiently and in the safe manner.
At the end of shift, record all sections conditions and submit the report to plant superintendent.
Attend weekly meeting with manager and section superintendent to submit the completed and pending work activities.
