➢ Duties & Responsibilities
Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum
benefit from them
Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving
hardware or software faults
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if
appropriate)
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Install and configure hardware operating system and applications.
Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports and
inventory repots
Maintain and develop inventory Management Systems for purchase reports,
Supply chain analysis.
Developing and implementing inventory Management systems and practices
Ensuring that the all tools or equipment are complete and in good shape and
overall inventory management.

Familiarizing employees with benefits packages. Support the de development & implementation of HR initiatives and system
Provide counseling on policies & procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads
& managing the hiring process
Create & implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training & development programs
Support the management of disciplinary & grievance issues
Maintain employees’ records(attendance) according to policy & legal
requirements
Review employment & working conditions to ensure legal compliance
