and Marine cargo handling and load transfer from vessel to barges by crane . This activities including Barge preventive, maintenances and up grading.
Up-grade a new AWB-Accommodation Work Barge Perdana Emerald in Labuan Ship yard, monitored sub- contractors and assist them while carry out their duties, both on main deck, around accommodation and inside engine room.(Co-ordinated with Barge Master, Chief Engineer, Field Engineer, and deck crew on duty.
Work scopes: Responsible in rigging/slinging activities. This activities including, Anchor wire installation, anchor wire calibration test, crane testing, Installed of a new pennants wire and wire sockets and anchors pulled tested and sea trial.
Riser and riser clamps, J-Tubes, Spool pieces and Flexible Lines installation on board DSV Seamec Princess
Anchor Chain Tensioning and installation of umbilical, flow line, flexible tubes, electrical power cable, riser, spool pieces, riser clamps, mattress, slippers, sea tie-in and sub -sea maintenances and repairs on board CSV-Armada Hawk and FPSO -Armada Sterling in India and Vietnam.
Hook up project for Synthomer Chemical Plants at Editmetsu,
under the supervision of Foster Wheeler at Pasir Gudang,
Johor Bahru.
Involved in Gas Lift 6 inches pipe line, spool pieces, riser, riser clamps project in Poleng Field PHE-WMO
Involved with hook up project in Mumbai High Seas on DLB Swiber Conquest and 28 inches pipe line, riser, J-tubes, high voltages power cable and top side installation project with Brunei Shell Petroleum on board Swiber Aziz.
Involved in pipe line, spool pieces, riser, riser clamps, sea tie -in, umbilical and 4” flexible tubes installation in Sura Baya on board POE Crane Barge Three.
Pulling in 4”, flexible lines and tubes in Mumbai High Field on board CSV Seamec Three and Jascon-5
