• Consult and Handle domestic and international corporate legal processes including Intellectual properties, M & A, compliance issues, agreements, law suits
• Structure, draft and review reports, notice of Opposition, counter statement, evidence, cease and desist notice, legal response to WIPO, USPTO and domestic I P office and other legal documents relating to Trademark and Copyright
• Providing advise against legal risks to domestic and international corporate clients.
• Conducting legal research and competitive intelligence searches related to the Trademark, Patent and Domain name in domestic and international jurisdiction
• Management of hard & soft database of cases.
• Attend trade-mark hearings in the IP Office.
• Assist senior Attorneys during Litigation trials.
• Keep track of govt. and international IP Organization’s regulations and notifications
• To assist the Sr. Advocate in drafting of legal documents and filing of various types of case & conducting legal research related to the subject.
• Maintain & update hard & soft database of cases.
• Liasioning with Court/Tribunal officials for various legal documents & trial dates.
• Assist legal counsel during trials.
• Keep track of govt. regulations and notifications.
• Responsible for overall export activities & related functions of the group
• Monitoring of overall export documentation and their compliance with prevailing rules & regulation.
• Providing new market access information to top management.
• Realisation of export proceeds & claim for export incentives
• Overall general administration
• Responsible for tracking of export performance against various import licenses
• Shipment prioritization & planning destination as per corporate sourcing /internal orders
• Responsible for preparation of custom documents
• Pre-alerts to destination & follow up for receipt of documents/cargos at destination
• Submission of pre and post shipment documents for payment realization
• Updation of statutory custom records related to material movement
• Tracking periodic expenses related to detention, storage
• Liaisoning with various Govt. organizations for import documents.
