To ensure Health and Safety procedures are being implemented at site and safety measures are in place.
Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and as per project specifications for all works.
Review related drawings, shop drawing and technical submittals (Materials, Method Statement, Samples, Test results, etc.)
Evaluate the progress of works for payment certification.
Make an inclusive listing and schedule of all QC testing to be accomplished at the work site based on the approved ITP (Inspecton Test Plan) and methodology.
Carry out inspections and checking for all quality related procedures and completed works at site.
Taking care of QA/QC documents of the project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC related documents.
Emphasize all quality related concerns to the Project Manager / Resident Engineer.
Verify/prepare checklist and method statement in every aspect of work and procedure.
Give special attention in checking the site crews whether they are using approved materials and method statement and making sure that it is being done as per manufacturer’s recommendation.
See to it that the work and materials are within the specification/drawings required by the owner and
checking whether they are using latest revision of drawings and approved for construction details.
Reviews QA/QC Procedures, manuals, method statements, control documents and related QC documents submitted by the Contractors and ensures implementation in compliance with agreed/approved requirements in coordination with Project Director/Project Manager.
Ensures that the Quality Management System of the company is properly followed and maintained.
Conducts internal QMS audits at every sites and departments to ensure the adequacy of the QMS system and correct any potential NCR’s and site observations for the improvement of the company.
Formulating, preparing documents and applying for the ISO Certification of the company.
Making, preparing and Monitoring Quality documents and records needed for prequalification and on-going projects (Project Quality Plan, Method Statements, Forms, ITP’s, etc.)
Ensuring that the Quality Policy and Quality Manual of the Company are being echoed and disseminated to each and every employee.

Coordinate site inspection and meeting with the Consultant and QC Engineer of the contractor regarding the progress of the work and other technical problems involved in the project.
Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activities.Thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil and Structural discipline interfacing the multidiscipline operations.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress report for submission to project engineer.
Approve materials test reports and work requests of the Contractor.
Liaise the work of the contractor concerning change orders, claims, right of ways and modification plans.
Manage the overall supervision of the workers for proper implementation of the contract drawings, specifications, contract documents and decision making
Works involved preparation and checking of the final calculation, as-built drawings, monthly certificate for payment, progress report, pert/cpm, equipment utilization, shop drawings prior to implementation, change orders, etc.
Conducted field inventory
Conducted field investigations regarding actual design made.
License Civil Engineer in the Philippines and passed government regulatory examinations last November 2000.
