Responsible for preparing reports. Annual & projects Action Plan and Budget. To find innovative and creative ways to achieve set targets. Responsible for preparing application for Grants and Awards. Prepared brochures, guidelines book etc.

Assisting the HR department with formulating reports and assisitng in Employee Relation activities. I was introduced to Sucession Planning & Exit interviews.

Sucessfully, underwent various professional trainings like Escrow, VIP/ special loans (related to US financial market), Global English Courses and many other personality developmetn traing.
