ü Service Sales targets :
v Implement & Following marketing and service strategy in line with Power Grid Division by transforming
the strategy into action and make it operational.
v Optimize market coverage by product line. Develop new customers and market segment and ensure
profitably increase of volume.

v Ensure that factories and BU’s are aware of the particularities of the market in order to meet customer
requirements and customer’s standards and qualification.
v Strengthen the customer relationship through market intelligence, market communications and account
management.
v Clarification and negotiation with clients to secure orders.
v Coordinating with sales in other countries for cross border projects, and mutually agree on the strategy to
be applied for each project.
v Interacting with other ABB units and divisions to increase ABB Chances in different projects, and deliver
“One ABB” message to customers, Monitor customer preference to determine focus of sales efforts.
v Implement and provide tools to meet market needs and demands.
v Market and Customer / segment analysis, opportunity analysis, identify and qualify the market offering
gap with appropriate Coordination with tendering team.
v Customer focus and support in Project execution.
v Supporting the project hand over from sales to execution.
ü Service / Project targets :-
v Planning, Supervision & Controlling of project activities in order to optimize the quality, cost and
deliverables.
v Conduct review meeting with internal disciplines to study the impact on schedule and appraise
project manager on action.
v Initiate technical correspondence with the contractor on relevant scope of works, coordination with
main contractor / consultants / project managers and other sub-contractors to ensure smooth
progress of work.
v Liaising with project managers, consultants & main contractor for resolving on-site Project issues,
proposing solutions based on site conditions to promote project development.
v Good track records with expertise in MV / HV Gas Insulated Switchgear project Coordinating including
Installation & execution of the switchgear & holding vast experience working in diversified segments
and contributing in lead role.
v Implementation of project safety standards pertaining to the work & ensure zero tolerance.
v Coordination with testing & commissioning teams and control for proper & timely execution of
project activities at site.
v Preparation of monthly / weekly progress reports for external (customer) as well as for internal
evaluations.
v Monitoring and controlling project profitability by management of opportunities, Extra claims and
variation in scope.
v Preparation of method statement to perform the work in proficient manner.
v Project Risk Management - assessment of project risks, control, mitigate or eliminate them.
v Coordination with factory / Engineering for datasheets, drawings, documents and other issues & their
approval from client/consultant.
v Coordination with SCM and vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
