Handling all the Manpower Planning & recruitment activities- Job Posting, Short listing, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database.
Preparing & Publishing the manpower Attrition report, Magazine, MIS including Recruitments on monthly basis.

Conduct COD meetings, arrangement of provisions and agreement between management and union.

Liaised with Vendors and Agencies for signing effective corporate deals and contracts for AMCs.
Responsible for Statutory compliances and accounting of PF, ESI, Taxes, Insurance policies, Gratuity, Medical cover for the employees, etc
Organizing Employee engagement & Event Management activities for employee’s activities like team building activities, recreational activities, fun activities etc.
Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like Time keeping and attendance, canteen management, guest house management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of company’s assets, Telephone lines, mobile phones, logistics and courier services, procurement, storage, accommodation, travelling and issue of stationery
Identifying dependable and cost effective vendors for various services and maintaining schedule of alternate vendors and vendor accounts, also responsible for releasing purchase order and handling purchase of materials.
Supervision and coordination with Logistics Team for maintenance of Vehicle and proper record keeping of documents and updation in VMS.
Carrying out necessary procedures in the event of fire, accident or major damage. Caretakers are required to know the location of first-aid equipment and facilities.
Assure that Housekeeping staff follows established safety regulations in the use of equipment & supplies always. Ensure activities in compliance of legislation and regulatory requirements in the department.
