Experienced on TRANE CDHG2150 and CARRIER 19XR Series water cooled centrifugal chillers.
Operate & monitor large tonnage centrifugal liquid chillers & HVAC equipments through SCADA in District Cooling Plant.
Inspect & report of all troubles & unusual events about plant in order to avoid any possible break downs.
Execute the preventive maintenance tasks within the stipulated timeframe.
Co ordinate with sub-contractors, plant manager, and O&M team members to attain the targeted goals.
Suggesting cost effective measures in order to reduce the operational expenditure minimal and increase efficiency.
Prepare & maintain all the related log books & reports including the daily utilities & consumptions.
Familiar with HVAC terms and calculations.
Acknowledge of SCADA, BMS, and FMS.
Knowledge of work procedures with ISO 9001.

Preventive maintenance work of cooling tower, AHUs, TFAs, FCUs, exhaust fans etc.
