▪ Review disaggregated data on employers, job seekers, and training opportunities.
▪ Summarize and analyse, by sector and occupation, employer and jobseeker data on monthly quarterly and annual basis.
▪ Report, on a monthly, quarterly, annual basis, emerging labor market needs and share information with training providers.
▪ Work in close collaboration with the marketing, employment and training coordination officers to gather and disseminate relevant labor market information to concerned parties, including the private sector, VTIs, the chamber of industry and the Labor information office.
▪ Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the director of the field office.
▪ Undertake other activities per requirements of the employment Promotion unit and in consultation with Supervisor.
▪ Preparation of accounting records and annual reports for company.
▪ Dependently performs the monthly reconciliation process (bank and petty cash)
▪ Handling petty cash.
▪ Following up on inventory in different locations including on the spot-checking of inventory.
▪ Prepare various financial reports as required.
▪ Interact with internal and external auditors to complete audits.
▪ Performing other duties related to the job as required.
▪ Preparation of monthly payroll.
▪ Using ready-made accounting software.
▪ Creating new methods and solving problems within my section.
▪ The preparation of the financial statements of the Project
