Conduct safety audits and identified potential hazards in the workplace.
 Participate with Environment agency to gather samples of dust, gases and other potentially toxic
materials for analysis.
 Participate with Environment agency to conduct noise surveys, continuous atmosphere
monitoring and ventilation surveys.
 Provide guidance to supervisors on implementing safety regulations in their areas of
responsibility.
 Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to occupational health
and safety.
 Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to identify root causes and corrective
actions.
 Organize regular training sessions for staff members on various aspects of EHS requirements.
 Inspect facilities regularly to ensure adherence to established safety protocols.
 Maintain records of hazardous materials used or stored at the facility as per legal requirements.
 Assist in developing emergency response plans in case of fire or other disasters.
 Collaborate with management teams to improve existing systems and processes related to
environmental health and safety.
 Participate actively in risk assessment activities at different levels within the organization.
 Create reports summarizing findings from inspections and investigations and proposed
solutions for corrective action when needed.
 Prepare the SHE committee meeting deck and record the minutes of meeting by participating in
SHE committee meeting.
 Update the monthly SHE reports and maintenance of SHE documents.
 Conduct the risk assessment for all site work activities to mitigate the risk and
communicate with all for awareness.
 Implement the best practice and report to corporate team

Ensuring safe Installation of car bodies, OHE clearance, Track, and traction clearance during
OHE charging, testing, and commissioning of metro coaches. Ensuring application of safe
procedures during T&C work. Ensuring application of LOTO during high voltage work.
Development of procedures with production team to prevent incidents. Development of HIRAC,
SOPs with production team and other departments.
Follow-up of safe transporting of car bodies from Kolkata plant to Pune depot and after
reaching, safe unloading at depots through cranes and support from forklift. Ensuring fitness
of cranes and forklift. Competency of operators, riggers.
Preparedness of MPR, Statistics report, External communication report (Customer report, audit
compliances, compliances of observation through letters), Internal audit compliances and
follow- ups with concern department.
 Promote safety culture by safety promotion activities.
 Preparedness of Audit checklist and conducting of IMS internal audit as per schedule.
 Conduction of external third-party trainings, internal trainings, external audit

Responsible for Implementation, monitoring of the Honeywell Health, Safety & Environment
Management
 System to ensure compliance with Condition of Contract.
 Responsible for overall workplace safety of the Pune Metro Rail Project (R 4 Project).
 To conduct Daily Tool Box Talk &Site Inspections.
 Responsible for compliance and implementation of Honeywell HSE policy and Cardinal rules on
site.
 To track open and closed observation.
 To coordinate between the client (Maharashtra Metro) matters related to HS&E.
 Facilitate the safe working of the project by coordinating with the different project departments
such as Execution / Engineering / Design etc.
 Lead through the Honeywell Behaviors to achieve HS& E performance and growth.

 Participate in daily / weekly safety meeting with site in charge & Staff.
 To aware the worker about housekeeping, maintain good housekeeping.
 Ensure proper barricading for workplace and excavated pits, cutouts and open floor edges.
 Promote safety culture at site through safety training, displaying safety sign ages / caution
boards & safety motivation programs.
 Ensure availability of suitable Fire Extinguishers / Fire Buckets at Flammable material storage,
near DG, Panel Boards & hot work locations.
 Responsible for Monthly report and Safety Matrix.
 Report immediately any near miss incidents, accidents happened at site to Senior Officers /
Safety Manager.
 Ensure availability of First Aid Box at site locations; provide First Aid treatment to injured person
