• Coordinating activity of Procurement department on the Project;
• Creating of Procurement Project plan for project management support;
• Contracts issuing and administration (JD Edward software System);
• Subcontracting activity - rental of heavy duty equipment and vehicles, construction and other service;
• Expediting activity - weekly meetings with team in Tengiz in order to provide with current purchasing status for each item ordered for project purpose;
• Purchasing activity on the basis of Material Request. RFQ and further purchasing within a frame of internal tendering procedure;
• BID Comparison and technical evaluation legalization;
• Freight forwarding activity. This part of job includes ordering of international transportation, tracking and control for customs clearance issues;
• The main project is - FGP WPMP (Pipeline);
• Support the Procurement Manager in the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable procurement guidelines, procedures and policy;
• Assignment of PRs between buyers. Managing PRs and orders;
• Reviewing and approving bid comparison before submitting to a tender committee;
• Having meetings with potential suppliers and subcontractors;
• Purchasing activity on the basis of PR. RFQ processing;
• Preparing PO and contracts. Reviewing terms and conditions, negotiations with potential suppliers;
• Managing of Subcontracting - engaging of third parties for the various types of job as prefabrication, blasting and painting, maintenance work, design, freight forwarding. Ensure that job is done in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract;
• Managing of expediting activity. Ensuring that all materials and equipment delivered on time. Monitoring damage replacement according to Purchase discrepancy report from warehouse;
• Approving bills payment;
• Legalization of the documents for obtaining of the import exemption under Free Economic Zone;
• Legal advice on export/import taxation;
• Negotiation with bidders, recommendation to management for approvals, issuance of award of contracts and claim letters;
• The last projects where I have been involved are fabrication of Jack-Up Drilling Rig (customer is KMG Drilling), Prefabricated constructions for TCO oilfield camp Orken;
• The company had a license as customs representative and needed facility to perform transport service.
• Responsibility for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
• Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
• Taking ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
• Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Managing of transport and logistics service - arrangement of international and local transportation, issuing of shipping documents;
• Import/export operations - customs clearance;
• Trading and purchasing activity - steel materials supply;
• Ensuring successful supply of the goods through effective contracting in terms of costs, quality, quantity, services and availability;
• Managing of compliance with the contract’s terms and conditions. Reviewing of commercial documents, payment plan;
• Control for client’s requests handling, preparation of specification for the contracts and provision of technical documentation.
• Purchasing activity - RFQ processing on the basis of PR. Issuing of Bid and Technical comparison for the tender committee. Negotiation discount, terms and conditions with potential suppliers;
• Issuing of contracts and PO upon decision of tender committee, registration of the documents on internal contract base. Ensure the standard contract procedure, oversight of implementation of the terms and conditions from vendor side.
• Expediting activity, controls for timely delivery of the goods in accordance with specification. Damage replacement and warranty claims. Completing of the mill certificates for QA/QC department;
• Use, monitor and update the contracting components of the contracts administration systems and related data and reporting systems;
• Maintain standard contract documents and prepare formal contract documentation customized to suit specific contract requirements of the companies’ activities.
• Administer record and manage requests for contracts services.
• Import/export operations;
• Legalization of the documents for obtaining of the import exemption under Free Economic Zone;
• Legal advice on export/import taxation;
• Logistics activity - collection, freight forwarding, international transportation, shipping documents reviewing, customs clearance and local delivery;
• The main projects where I have been involved are fabrication of the transport barges (TB90, TB95), fabrication of Pontoon and Pipe Racks for “Kashagan” oilfield in North Caspian region (Customer is Agip KCO).
• Customs control of import/export taxation, verification of data declared in the cargo customs declaration;
• Reporting to National Bank of RoK;
• Reporting on customs fees and duties charges;
• Criminal and administrative offences in customs law - paperwork for the court;
• Enforcing penalty an accordance with court decision;
• Organization of searching of persons violating the court decision;
• Organization of auctions on realization of the property withdrawn;
