• Responsible and accountable for Initiating, Planning, Executing, Control & Monitoring and Closing of the Project.
• Preparation of Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 & 4 EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Schedules with Resources & Cost calculations in Primavera.
• Determination of Project Budget, Cost tracking & monitoring, Budget forecasting (Estimate to complete - ETC & Estimate at completion - EAC).
• Interface with Accounting, Procurement, Engineering and other groups where necessary for the implementation of Cost estimation and work breakdown structure across the project.
• Preparation & submission of Project tender schedules and its cost estimations.
• Conducting of Monthly Financial review meetings with the high level management.
• Review monthly the forecasts to complete, any deviation from baselines and the effect of the corrective actions taken by Project Manager.
• Perform project/construction cost control activities, develops cost control programs and coordinate integrated cost control activities under standard procedure and system.
• Produce routine project/construction cost and financial reports to Project Manager.
• To Exercise Change Order Variance on each project & record the cost impact.
• Review, check & approve the Subcontractors invoices.
• To ensure the communication with and involvement of all required personnel to each project/construction work and integrate to resolve any claims arising from the design, procurement and construction activities and other relevant parties.
• Company's official representative to report progress on project work in a timely manner, highlighting issues which could impact on cost and schedule.
• Preparation of daily activity & resource planning and progress monitoring of the work.
• Reporting of weekly & monthly progress status to the management & client.
• Preparation of Contractual letters to the Internal division, Sub Contractors & Client.
• Preparation & Monitoring of Project Measurement Systems (PMS) & EPC S Curves.
• Actively participating in design, client and site meetings and providing proactive support to the project management teams.
• Recording & maintaining the lessons learned register from each project.
• Highlighting the project control issues to Management and propose necessary corrective actions.
• Informing Client for any project related cost overruns with justification.
• Monitoring Subcontractor's performance against baseline schedules.
• Review meetings with Client to discuss the project progress against approved Plan.
• Preparation and submission of EOT (Extension of Time) & delay analysis (Window
analysis methodology) to the client for additional claiming purpose of Time & Cost.

• To ensure the communication with and involvement of, all required personnel to each project/construction work and integrator to resolve any claims arising from the design, procurement and construction activities and relevant parties briefed with new communication channels established where ever necessary.

• Preparation of daily activity & resource planning and progress monitoring of the work using Primavera 6.
• Update schedules in Primavera P6 with physical progress and man-hour expenditure to show all trends, status, forecast, and prepare scenarios.
• Material, manpower & equipment planning for daily work activities.
• Preparation of monthly Planned and Actual Financial values (Cost monitoring).
• Preparation of Project Measurement Systems (PMS) & EPC S Curves.

• Monitoring actual utilization of resources against planned quantity.
EXPERIENCED OVER ALL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installation scheduling of equipment's in the utility area such as heat exchangers, boilers, air coolers, cooling towers, and pressure vessels.
• Preparation of detail activity & resource planning and progress monitoring of the work using Primavera 6.
• Update schedules with physical progress and man-hour expenditure to show all trends, status, forecast, and prepare scenarios.
• Material, manpower & equipment planning for daily work activities.
• Preparation of schedules with respect to the master time schedule, updation and progress reporting, using Primavera Project Planner (P6)
• Experience of developing systems and procedures for the department including progress-monitoring and productivity-monitoring procedure.
