> Supervise EPC activities, drawings and schematics, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a proper document management system.
> Quality control of Tank Fabrication, Pipeline, Steel structures, Operating system and others
Mechanical Erection work.
> Carried out Mechanical testing such as Hydro-testing, Vacuum test, Pressure test, X-ray, and all kind of non-destructive tests.
> Perform Mechanical troubleshoot and Breakdown Maintenance.
> Perform Mechanical schedule maintenance according to supplier’s recommendation.
> Plant fuel receiving, unloading, stock management & reporting.
> Fuel quality management and reporting.
> Daily consumption, Monthly consumption, consumption summary and Billing calculation.
> Contractors Plant Drawing analysis, Erection supervision and Quality control of 40/20/10 Schedule pipe fabrication and welding works.
> Engine and Alternator alignment, Auxiliary system installation, Cooling system erection.
> Pre-commissioning and commissioning Engine auxiliary system (charge air system, fuel booster unit, cooling water pre-heating system and other auxiliaries).
> Pipeline and Tank testing such as Hydro-testing,
> Vacuum test, Pressure test, X-ray, and all kind of non-destructive tests.
> Perform Engine and Auxiliary system’s mechanical troubleshoot and Breakdown maintenance.
> Perform engine system schedule maintenance according to engine Operation and Maintenance manual.
> Fuel stock & Quality management & reporting.
> Daily Fuel consumption, Monthly consumption, consumption summary and Billing calculation.
> Transport and Shipping Management.
> Project Implementation, testing, and commissioning supervision.
> Pipe and Tank testing such as Hydro-testing, Vacuum test, Pressure test, X-ray, and all kind of non-destructive tests.
> Supervise Pipe flushing, preserving, and commissioning.
> P&ID correction and making plant as-built.
> HFO and Diesel fuel receiving, unloading, stock management, & Quality control.
> Generation reporting & Fuel consumption management.
> Daily consumption, Monthly consumption, consumption summary reporting.
> Energy billing as per IPP PPA agreement.
