As a Senior Specialist, I partner with the business leaders to identify capability gaps and design targeted development solutions that strengthen organizational culture, values, and behaviours. I conduct learning needs analysis, define learning objectives, instructional strategies, project scope, and timelines, and manage end-to-end development of learning programs. I take full ownership of assigned modules and programs and facilitate workshops, including orientation for newly hired employees.

• Program Lead - Led the design, development, and successful delivery of two 8-month Leadership Program cohorts for 200 People Leaders (2024 and 2025). The program received the Best L&D Initiative Award from Informa Connect in 2024. Spearheaded the development and implementation of the Charge Nurse Development Journey Program for 80+ Charge Nurses (2021)
• Facilitation - Co-facilitated over 380 hours of culture workshops from 2021 to 2025, delivering programs to 1, 800+ employees across 200+ workshop days. Conducts virtual sustainment workshops to revisit tools and learnings, reflect and celebrate small wins, shares personal experiences on how they utilize the tools to overcome challenges.
• Performance Management - I oversee the full performance review cycle, including probation reviews, goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization. Manages and maintains performance management systems and tools, ie: Oracle Fusion. Supports business partners and business units, provide guidance and address inquiries throughout the cycle, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all performance activities.
• Leadership Coaching - Delivered 50+ hours of leadership coaching to people leaders, focusing on communication, confidence building, senior-level engagement, delegation, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence.
• Mentoring - Mentored junior administrators by fostering independent thinking, decision-making, and creative problem-solving while supporting their professional development.

I manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding operations, demonstrating strong multitasking and organizational skills to coordinate local hires, international relocations and repatriation services for employees and their families. I ensure smooth, cost-effective, and policy-compliant transitions by applying meticulous attention to detail in handling logistics, documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Mass Onboarding Initiative - I successfully onboarded 1, 200+ employees in a single year, handled the logistics, employment documentation, ensuring organizational and government compliance, strict implementation of timelines, and ensuring consistently delivering positive employee experiences.
• Relocation (Onboarding) - I manage complete relocation processes, pre-onboarding activities across HR, IT, Finance, HCIS, and Learning teams. • Repatriation (Offboarding) - I handle full-cycle of exit processes including employee’s exit meeting, asset handover, access deactivation, visa cancellation, housing clearance, shipment arrangements, repatriation travel, and bank account closure, while coordinating end-of-service benefit processing with HCIS and Finance teams. Handle all exit related queries ensuring timely response, maintaining positive relationship and respectful approach regardless of the type of leaving (resignation or termination).
• Site Visits - I partner with the hiring managers to assess and plan site visits for potential new hires. Coordinates “Meet and Greet” sessions to explain relocation processes, orientation guidelines, required documentation, and timelines. I collaborate with the support teams to arrange travel bookings and temporary accommodation for candidates.

• Workflow Enhancement - Formulates and led the process improvements research for recruitment strategies, on-boarding and administrative services and manpower optimization. Recommends workflow strategies to ensure reduced SLA in the current deliverables and not compromising quality of service.
