•Preparation and submission of financial Statements ie Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow
& Statement of Changes in equity on Monthly, Quarterly & Annual basis.
•Maintain the General ledger, ensuring compliance with IAS & IFRS, Ensure conduct month end closing process before deadline.
•Maintain Revenue Recognition Schedule & make sure progress billings are done on time and continuously follow up with Operations Department.
•Involving in preparation of of Budgets/forecasted financial statements, Strategic Plans etc.
•Preparation of Project cash flows & Negotiate with banks for project financing & other trade finance facilities.
•Supervise & Verify Inventory reconciliations, Supplier Reconciliation, Debtor Reconciliations & Bank
Reconciliations.
•Verification and approval of system entries a ie. Journal entries, invoices, Payments, Receipts & monthly payroll and forward for higher approvals.
•Handling Trade Finance Activities such as LC’s, Bank Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Invoice
Discounting etc.
•Conduct Customer Profitability Analysis/Project based Profitability Analysis and highlight non performing Projects.
•Maintain chart of Accounts, Customer creation, Supplier creation, Project creation in focus7 ERP Software and ensure timely entries in focus.
•Supervise team of three members and Advise, Guide, Collaborate whenever necessary.
•Liaise with internal auditors and external auditors and make sure that audits are done within stipulated time period.
