Job role:
Set daily & monthly KPIs and conduct performance management.
Negotiate with potential vendors to join the platform.
Provide required training to on-board the merchants.
Liaise between vendors and commercial department.
Playing a rule of key account to onboard sellers.
Assists Category managers on campaigns and promotions.
