Project Control Engineer/ Planning Engineer

*Preparation architectural schedule in Primavera for Abudhabi International Airport Project. Assignment of labour, non labour, material and cost resources for all each activities. Assignment of relationship between activities via Primavera programme.
Schedule update for architectural activities for all airport project. Tracking and controlling progress percentage of activities via Primavera programme. Monitoring and controlling architectural budget from Primavera and comparison differences between EV report and Primavera Activities according to cost resources. Followıng and updating forecast and actual quantities, actual progress percentage, actual start and finish dates, actual material resources, actual cost resources in Primavera.

Monitoring and controlling tenant retail budget from Primavera and comparison differences between EV report and Primavera Activities according to cost resources. Followıng and updating forecast and actual quantities, actual progress percentage, actual start and finish dates, actual material resources, actual cost resources in Primavera.

*Tracking and controlling all subcontractors excel fıle for progress and actual cost for earned value report.

*Comparison site reports, subcontractors reports, design reports and controlling for differences and preparation EV reports according to correct data.

*Preparation progress payment reports for all subcontractors

*Monitoring the time for architectural activities for design, fabrication, procurement construction and mep stage and compare with the baseline.

*Monitoring the critical path for delay analysis.

*Making cost and variance analyzes, creating cash flow diagrams.

*Comparison all quantities for each activities tender contrats, subcontractor programmme, baseline schedule and site reports and making correction according to correct data.

*Cashflow and manpower studies from developed construction schedule.

* Publishing and updating İntegrated Schedule.

*Organizing daily and weekly site and subcontractors meetings to ensure progress is on schedule.

*Coordination of subcontractors, epoxy flooring, facade cladding, natural stone and marble works.

*Schedule update for east stage (20th floor four buildings) and west stage (20th floor four buildings) biweekly via PRIMAVERA programme.

Passenger Terminal Building - Area Planning Engineer (March 2012 - October 2012)

*Preparing the architectural budget and schedule for PTB building.
*Procurement of necessary formwork systems, finishing works materials. (EGPS)
*Developing and coordinating the necessary design drawings along with the MEP team in order to ensure work front is available.
*Site Supervision and coordination of the staff to ensure the progress is achieved with satisfaction of the Client and the Engineer.
*Participation to monthly Payment Certificate preparation along with Project Controls team to ensure the progress is on budget.
