JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Supervise and Monitor inspection activities to assure product quality
Oversee all product development procedure to identify deviation from quality standards
Responsible for overall activities in the QC department
Ensure overall inspection process on all process stage are meet costumer requirement
Develop and Prepare PQR and WPS for new procedure of product
Conduct WQT based on Approval code and project requirement

Holmen Atlantic (Skid Beam and Stern Wedges Installation for Topside Launching)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Ensure quality of inspected items meet project requirement and standard
Perform fit-up inspection against drawing/WPS
Perform visual inspection and maintain the reports
Request and monitoring NDT requirement
Perform MPI on Pad Eye before Overturning and Erection Block
Perform air test and hydrotest inspection
Perform mechanical inspection such as Alignment of Pump, Shaft, Main Engine and Generator
Perform HVAC inspection such as visual inspection for ducting, line check and leak test of
ducting
Perform Piping inspection such as Fit up, Visual Inspection, Hydrotest, and Line Check
Prepare document for Dock Trial Protocol and Sea Trial Protocol
Witness and Record Data Commissioning for All Equipment in the Vessel

• Review document of used capital goods before export and import
• Inspect used capital goods based on government regulation before export and import
• Verification used capital goods same with client requirements
• Perform Inspection of Lifting Equipment and Conveyances before certification by Manpower
and Transmigration Office
• Perform Inspection of Generator Set before certification by Manpower and Transmigration
Office

• Inspect the job as per approved procedures, clients specification, applicable code,
standards & approved drawings
• Ensure quality of inspected items meet project requirement and standard
• Ensure weld numbers/Piece mark numbers
• Perform visual inspection and maintain the reports
• Perform fit-up inspection against drawing/WPS
• Monitoring and maintaining record of inspection

• Manage manpower for running production
• Make production daily and monthly report
• Make improvement for production process
• Make production planning

• Manage manpower for running production

• Manage shipment of goods to the customer
• Resolve problem that occur in the production area

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Establish and maintain relationship with vendors
• Manage the Schedule for project team such as overtime, visiting customer

• Approves incoming material by confirming specification, conducting visual and measurement tests
