Process Improvement:

• Conduct workshops with process stakeholders in order to improve the process using BPTrend Methodology
• Determine & schedule processes that are subject of improvement.
• Conduct workshops with all process stakeholders.
• Analyze process, list all problems & root causes of problems that affect process performance.
• Suggest solutions to eliminate all problem root causes.
• Redesign process according to findings & best practices.
• Update To-Be process workflow & process manuals in the Portal.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships with the client, management, and team members.
• Created and deployed KPIs to measure adoption rate of new process improvements.

Process Performance Measurement:

• Define KPIs for To-Be processes.
• Receive & analyze process performance report sent by process owners.
• Monitor current & target process measures.

Process Implementation:

• Redesign selected "to be" processes in line with SAMAnet, mainframe and any other interface.
• Ensure the conduct of user-acceptance "business-side" testing of the automated process, and coordinate with IT if required.
• Review reports on the overall performance of automated systems and seek continuous improvement
