Working as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development manager at Savola Foods Company (SFC) Center of Excellence reporting to SFC Executive Director - HR Org. Development & Performance based in SFC Headquarter in Jeddah.

Developing and align all training initiatives with company business strategies.
Conducting training needs analysis through selected methods by reviewing best practices to identify development gaps and ensure needs are identified and employees are developed according to these needs to help company achieve its short & long term goals.
Identifying strategic & operational training plans based on the company and business strategic and operational plans to be able to indicate the employees’ development needs to achieve Company plans
Build relationships with the qualified training vendors and continually evaluate their provided training's through measuring participants’ knowledge before/after attending to ensure effectiveness and the ROI
Ensure that development is carried out to the organization and employees as planned through the S&DP activities and in line with planned budget to ensure that development needs are met.
support the organization ambition to be a high performing organisation to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning and continuous improvement ongoing.
Manage training administration and logistics/program opening & closing.
•TNA cycle and how to conduct training analysis and prepare annual training calendar.
•Update training database and consistently training reports on periodical bases.
•Coordinate & deal with vendors based on the company policy
•Engaged effectively with business functions concerning employee development
•Track management trainee program database and communication with vendors
•Gathering MTP information from SFC subsidiaries and liaison with ILM verifier
