I am the one responsible in selling Sony VAIO laptop, I see to it that I will achieve my Monthly Target no matter what, to be able to do that, I have to monitor my stocks, the moving and none moving items, I have to monitor also competitors sales and promotion and inform to my superior for a quick response, I must have also full product knowledge of my brand and competitors brand for me to be able to compete with them and answer customer question by Brand name or Technical question, So that I can Provide Total Customer Satisfaction
To give the best of my knowledge in giving a customer a total customer satisfaction, by assisting them beyond their expectation, helping and communicating the team member without a doubt to achieve best team work, and most of all having a focus on a given target for individual, a day, a week, month, and a year for the best result.
