Handling direct work executed on site by main contractor or sub-contractors and assist the construction manager in specific duties.
1. Responsible for all day-to-day site activities.
2. In charge of all concrete works, water proofing etc. activities.
3. In charge of all finishes works.
4. Coordinated between structural and architectural drawings
5. Strict enforcement of Safety& Quality& Housekeeping measures at site.
6. Maintaining a healthy relationship with all workers in the project and keeping a strict vigil on program.
7. Take all necessary measures for an organized mobilization of site facilities.
8. Letting of sub-contracts after assessing the Trade Contractors capability to provide a quantity product as described under sub-contractor selection criteria.
9. To facilitate and coordinate all the sub-contractors work
10. Monthly progress claims, payment control and verification of works complete.
11. Variation claims and follow up.
12. Responsible for the direct execution of the works in strict compliance to the contract specifications and requirements.
13. Supervise the quality inspections and testing required by the quality procedures, supervise the procedures for inspection and testing materials.
14. Coordination between sub-contractors.
15. Should notify store keepers of materials approved by the engineers and conditions of storing as per manufacturers recommendation.
