These projects are company owned, under the Retail Project. It was build by the
Fit-out Contractor (Blueprint and Scale Design) under my Supervision and
materials Approval. Those projects was recently open and handovered.
63 & 33 Villas Compound - Al Hillal and Madinath Khalifa - Doha, Qatar
This Residential Compound was design by Arab Engineering Bureau (AEB) and
the Main Contractor is Shannon Engineering. Our scope of work as client
Responsible for the production of Owner Site Implementation Plan
and As-Built Plan with coordination with the Contractor and
Consultant Approval;
* Conducted regular Site Inspection;
* Was responsible for the approval of proposed plans submitted by
Tenant lease area;
* Conducted regular Inspection of mechanical, electrical, plumbing for
the monthly building preventive maintenance.
Prepared preliminary sketches of buildings, based on notes,
sketches or verbal instruction received from supervisor or
Architects/Engineers concerned.
* Prepared draft general and/or detailed working drawings based on
approved preliminary sketches, Company or manufacturer’s
drawings.
* Performed site visits, taken and recorded measurements and marks
free hand drawings or field sketches to ensure dimensional accuracy
of prepared drawings.
* Maintained necessary stationery supplies or drawing work and order
replenishment as necessary.
* Prepared buildings’ architectural and shop drawings in manual &
AutoCAD format.
* Supervised construction works.
