Working for Dark Blu Inc / SeaCure International on multimillion dollar contracted projects carrying out fire safety inspections and audits and producing detail reports and advice on improvements where necessary to reflect international best practice. Review actions taken to correct HSE inspection violations and evaluate their adequacy. Kept abreast with the latest fire safety regulation and international best practice and use this information to address any deficiencies in company policies, procedures, and practices.
Worked as a Senior HSE advisor for the Ministry of Defence Oil and Pipeline Agency on their oil and petrochemical production retrofit project carrying out a vast range of investigation such as minor/ major accidents, injuries, death and near-death experiences, equipment damage and property damage identifying root causes and implementing suitable control measures to prevent a reoccurrence. Conducted risk assessments and provided suggestions for improvements in accordance with international best practice. Reviewed all safety provisions such as lock out tag out procedures and confine space entry, ptw, ssw, working at height and lifting operations ETC and advise on improvements where necessary.
